Profile
Seaborne transportation company operating a focused fleet of scrubber-fitted VLCC and Suezmax tankers. It earns charter revenue chiefly through spot and short-term contracts, managed from Greece.
Seaborne transportation of crude oil and refined products is conducted through a focused fleet of scrubber-fitted VLCC and Suezmax tankers. Each vessel sits in a separate wholly owned subsidiary, while a Greece-based commercial-office platform supports the operating model.
Chartering is concentrated in the spot and short-term market, so the platform continually procures short-term business. Delivery of the Suezmax newbuildings Nissos Piperi and Nissos Serifopoula expanded the operating fleet.
The shares trade primarily on the NYSE and secondarily in Oslo, keeping a Norwegian market link. Short-term charter rates, off-hire and ballast periods, and counterparty performance shape the business.
