Profile
Owns dry-bulk carriers that transport iron ore, coal, grains and selected minor bulks worldwide. Vessels are deployed across spot, period-charter and pool arrangements, with commercial and technical management provided by affiliated Eurobulk entities.
Moves major bulk cargoes—iron ore, coal and grains—alongside minor bulks including bauxite, phosphate and fertilizers. The business owns and operates dry-bulk carriers for worldwide ocean-going transportation, with a fleet spanning Panamax, Ultramax, Kamsarmax and Supramax vessel classes.
Commercial and technical vessel management is supplied by affiliated Eurobulk entities, while shipboard officers and crew operate aboard the fleet. Vessels are allocated among longer-term time charters, shorter-term time or spot-voyage charters, pool arrangements and contracts of affreightment.
Formed through Euroseas's separation of its dry-bulk subsidiaries, the public company remains tied to an affiliated management network. Operations depend on charter rates, vessel availability and utilization, charter mix, and the affiliated management agreements.
