Eastern International Ltd. Ordinary SharesELOGIndustrials

Plans and executes project, cross-border and general logistics, earns revenue from transportation and warehouse subleasing, and has added new-energy infrastructure construction. Operations combine a small owned fleet, third-party carriers and leased facilities, with all operating revenue generated through PRC subsidiaries.

Plans and executes project logistics for oversized and precision cargo, including renewable-energy equipment, chemical equipment and machinery, alongside cross-border, general-logistics and warehouse-subleasing services. Transportation work covers route and project design, packaging, storage, loading, road, rail and sea movement, fixation and equipment installation. The operating network combines a small owned fleet, third-party carriers and leased facilities, serving major Chinese cities and links through Hong Kong to Southeast and Central Asia.

Extends established renewable-equipment logistics into new-energy infrastructure construction, including photovoltaic installation, wind-farm civil works, substations, power transmission and steel structures. Service execution depends on large-cargo, non-vessel-carrier and power-engineering qualifications; outsourced transport leaves customer-service responsibility and subcontractor-payment obligations with the company. Substantially all revenue, costs, assets and liabilities are denominated in renminbi.
