Profile
Processes rare-earth materials and manufactures permanent magnets through Korean operating subsidiaries, spanning metals, alloys, powders, and finished magnet products. The newly public U.S.-listed parent was formed through a SPAC transaction to assemble an integrated midstream and downstream critical-materials supply chain.
Processes end-of-life materials and manufactures rare-earth oxides, metals, alloys, powders, and permanent magnets. Its activities extend across recycling, advanced-materials processing, and finished magnet products for automotive, aerospace, defense, industrial automation, consumer electronics, and other advanced-manufacturing uses.
The operating base is in the Republic of Korea, where Handa Lab, KCM Industry, KMMI, and NS World operate commercial-scale facilities. These businesses form the parent's midstream and downstream platform for rare earths, magnets, battery metals, and precious metals.
Listed on Nasdaq after a January 2026 SPAC combination, the parent has executive offices in Miami and combines U.S. public-market access with Korean production operations. Its structure depends on the continued integration of those operating subsidiaries into a single critical-materials supply chain.

A Form 4 total here can count shares the filer formally disclaims — an award voted by proxy, for instance — which the holder's own Schedule 13D/G excludes, so where the two disagree the schedule's smaller figure is used.
