Profile
Develops oral peptide and protein-replacement therapies using N-Tab, with EB613 its most advanced osteoporosis candidate. Its clinical pipeline also includes EB612 for hypoparathyroidism and EB618 for metabolic syndromes, alongside OPKO collaborations on oral peptide programs.
Develops oral peptide and protein-replacement therapies through N-Tab®, a proprietary delivery platform. EB613, its most advanced candidate, is an oral PTH program for osteoporosis; EB612 targets hypoparathyroidism and EB618 targets metabolic syndromes.
In Jerusalem, the clinical-stage business develops its pipeline and pursues selected development and commercial partnerships. OPKO is its documented external-development partner, with collaborations spanning oral OXM and long-acting PTH programs.
Program progress depends on clinical development and regulatory pathways. The long-acting PTH collaboration gives Entera and OPKO shared ownership and development-cost responsibilities, while the oral OXM program has a different ownership and cost-sharing structure.
