Profile
Moves natural gas liquids, crude oil, natural gas, petrochemicals, and refined products through an integrated network of pipelines, processing plants, storage, and marine terminals. The Gulf Coast-centered system links North American supply with domestic customers and exports, while results depend on throughput, reservations, service fees, and regulated tariffs.
Operates an integrated midstream network spanning NGL, crude oil, natural gas, and petrochemical and refined-products services. The Gulf Coast-centered system connects North American production with processing, storage, domestic customers, and export terminals.
NGL Pipelines & Services covers processing, pipelines, fractionation, storage, and marine terminals. The other segments handle crude-oil logistics, natural-gas gathering and transportation, petrochemical production and logistics, refined-products services, and marine transportation.
The connected network coordinates basin-to-market movements across more than 50,000 pipeline miles, with Gulf Coast outlets serving international demand. Results depend on throughput, reserved capacity, service fees, and regulated tariffs.
Mechanical integrity, accurate line locating, emergency readiness, environmental permits, pipeline-safety compliance, and founder-linked general-partner governance shape the operating structure.
