The company previously agreed to combine with The Ether Machine, an Ethereum yield and infrastructure venture, but the parties terminated that transaction in April 2026 and related subscription and support arrangements ended as part of the termination.
Dynamix remains dependent on finding and closing another business combination before its charter deadline; if it does not, its filings say it must wind down, redeem public shares from its trust account, and liquidate under applicable law. On May 1, 2026, its Nasdaq common-share ticker changed from ETHM to DYNC.
