Profile
Sells battery cells and packs, industrial electronic controls, robotics and machinery services through China-based subsidiaries; battery sales generate most continuing revenue. Its model combines cell trading, pack assembly and direct technical sales, with certain production outsourced.
Trades battery cells, assembles and sells lithium battery packs, and provides limited battery rentals through China-based operating subsidiaries. Also sells PLC-based electronic control systems, software and design support for industrial customers, and supplies machinery parts, maintenance and selected photovoltaic-engineering coordination.
Combines application-oriented hardware and software development, direct technical sales, third-party production and component-level quality control. Large battery-pack orders may be assembled by third parties, while internally designed intelligent robots are manufactured by outsourced factories. Most continuing revenue comes from battery cells and packs, while the continuing operation no longer includes the exited e-bicycle business. Transfers from China operating subsidiaries to the offshore holding company are subject to PRC foreign-exchange and capital-control procedures.
