Ford Blue covers combustion and hybrid retail vehicles, including F-Series, Bronco, and Lincoln models; Ford Model e develops electric and extended-range electric vehicles, software, and connected technologies.

Pairs Super Duty, Transit, and Ranger commercial vehicles with fleet telematics, maintenance, and charging through Ford Pro, while Ford Credit earns from consumer financing and leases and dealer inventory loans. Shared engineering and factories allow the vehicle segments to develop and produce models for one another. Sales run predominantly through independently owned dealers, and results remain exposed to supplier continuity, warranty and regulatory costs, used-vehicle values, customer credit, and capital-market funding; Ford-family Class B shares retain forty percent of general voting power.
