Operations are rooted in Danbury, Connecticut, with a workforce concentrated in the United States and smaller teams in Canada, Germany, and South Korea. A settlement confirmed exclusive rights to sell platform technology across Asia, while POSCO retained rights to service its installed base. A restructuring refocused operating priorities on core technologies.
