Profile
Operates pawn stores across the U.S., Latin America, and the U.K., earning fees on non-recourse loans and margins on pre-owned merchandise. American First Finance adds lease-to-own and installment-finance products through U.S. retail partners, while pawn operations remain the primary earnings driver.
Runs U.S. Pawn, Latin America Pawn, and U.K. Pawn across the United States, Mexico, Guatemala, El Salvador, Colombia, England, Scotland, and Wales. American First Finance, or AFF, provides U.S. point-of-sale payment solutions. Pawn locations make non-recourse loans against personal property and sell pre-owned goods acquired through forfeited collateral or direct purchases.
Earns pawn fees when customers redeem or renew loans and retail margins when merchandise is sold. Local appraisal experience and a proprietary point-of-sale system support collateral pricing, inventory tracking, and store-level merchandising. AFF offers lease-to-own and installment-finance products through retail and e-commerce merchant partners.
Pawn operations remain the primary earnings driver. Results depend on consumer demand, collateral values, merchant activity, and currency movements, while loan terms, fees, disclosures, licensing, and servicing are regulated across U.S., Latin American, and U.K. jurisdictions.

Ownership
A 13F quarter can total more than the shares outstanding — sub-advisers file the same block twice, and a filer's own share count can be a quarter stale. No split is drawn from it.
