Profile
Designs engineered pumps, seals, valve systems and automation for energy, chemical, power-generation and general-industry customers. Original equipment creates an installed base that supports parts, repair, diagnostics and lifecycle service across an international footprint.
Designs and manufactures pumps, pump systems, mechanical seals and auxiliary equipment through Flowserve Pumps Division. Flow Control Division supplies isolation and control valves, automation and related equipment, including specialized power and nuclear valve technology added with Trillium.
Feeds an installed-base aftermarket by pairing original equipment with replacement parts, repair, retrofits, diagnostics and lifecycle service through a global Quick Response Center network. Application knowledge, delivery, prior installation history and reputation shape execution in engineered products.
Serves energy, chemical, power-generation and general-industry customers across an international footprint, with North America accounting for less than half of reported sales. Demand depends on customer capital projects and on maintenance spending for installed equipment, while recent valve additions require integration into Flow Control and the Flowserve Business System.

A 13F quarter can total more than the shares outstanding — sub-advisers file the same block twice, and a filer's own share count can be a quarter stale. No split is drawn from it.
