Profile
Develops stereoscopic camera-perception systems and cellular collision-prediction software. Revenue flows from paid proofs of concept, customization, licenses, and integrated systems, while the development-stage business is concentrated in Israeli research and majority-owned Eye-Net Mobile.
Combines passive visible-light and thermal stereovision, automatic camera calibration, and dense three-dimensional point-cloud software through Foresight Automotive. ScaleCam Vision, ScaleCam Thermal, and QuadSight support obstacle and terrain detection for automotive, logistics, robotics, airport, rail, agricultural, and defense applications; software is available as a license, embedded control unit, or integrated camera-and-processing system.
Extends road safety beyond a vehicle sensor's field of view through majority-owned Eye-Net Mobile. Its Eye-Net Protect SDK, Eye-Zone integration, and Eye-Net Sense use connected devices, existing cellular networks, and cloud architecture to anticipate collisions. Commercialization progresses from paid proofs of concept and customization to production licenses or system sales, while operations, research, and management remain concentrated in Israel.

Float — provider float and free-float percent disagree.
Insiders — filings are in the shares behind the receipt.
A split settled inside the quarter being compared, so quarter-on-quarter change is not shown.
This listing is a depositary receipt and the Form 4 positions here are filed in the shares behind it, a different unit from the share count and in a ratio the filings never state, so no insider percentage is shown.
The provider's float, free-float percent and share count do not reconcile, so the float is not shown.
