Acquires and optimizes mature wells to sell crude oil, natural gas and natural gas liquids, with Trail Dust supplying related field services. Its operating model emphasizes extending existing well lives rather than drilling new ones.
Acquires mature, already-producing oil and natural gas wells in the Anadarko and Arkoma basins, then works to improve their performance and extend their operating lives. Sales of crude oil, natural gas and natural gas liquids are the core revenue sources, while Trail Dust provides compression, infrared surveys, emissions-reduction equipment, tubing scanning and line-locating services.
Operates across Texas, Oklahoma and Kansas through a model centered on field execution, workovers, production optimization, cost control and engineering rather than new drilling. FTW Technologies develops internal field-data tools and decision support, without an established external technology revenue line.
Relies on property acquisitions, output from naturally declining mature wells, commodity prices and third-party gathering, processing and transportation. Production is subject to environmental, operating and regional infrastructure requirements.
