Profile
Designs, manufactures, and sells wireless communications semiconductors spanning 5G, 4G RF transceivers and modems, and cellular IoT chipsets. The fabless business combines San Jose commercial functions with South Korean design, development, and customer-support operations.
Designs, manufactures, and sells wireless communications semiconductors: 5G, 4.75G, 4.5G, and 4G RF transceivers and modems, plus cellular IoT chipsets. First 5G commercial shipments began in late 2025.
Sales, marketing, and accounting are managed from San Jose. Product design, development, and customer support are conducted through wholly owned South Korean subsidiaries, including an R&D center. That center is part of the product-development and customer-support footprint for its wireless-chip portfolio.
International offices and support extend to South Korea, China, Taiwan, and Japan. Operations depend on additional fundraising to sustain them continuously.
