Profile
Builds equipment for moving, measuring, mixing, dispensing and spraying difficult fluids and powders across Contractor, Industrial and Expansion Markets. Sales flow mainly through independent distributors, with the Americas as the largest geographic base and product development plus acquisitions extending the platform into adjacent applications.
Designs and manufactures systems that move, measure, mix, control, dispense and spray fluids and powders. Contractor serves paint, texture, insulation and marking applications; Industrial covers finishing, adhesives, lubrication, process transfer and powder; Expansion Markets houses environmental, semiconductor, valve and motor businesses.
Most sales reach industrial and contractor users through independent third-party distributors. The Americas form the largest geographic base, with meaningful operations across EMEA and Asia Pacific. New-product development and targeted acquisitions extend the same material-handling core into adjacent applications and channels.
Engineering, manufacturing and customer-service capabilities are coordinated across regions around product reliability, quality and continuous improvement. Demand depends on end-market activity and distributor execution, while trade conditions, currencies and acquisition integration shape results across the global network.

A 13F quarter can total more than the shares outstanding — sub-advisers file the same block twice, and a filer's own share count can be a quarter stale. No split is drawn from it.
