Acquires resource-stage gold and gold-copper properties across the Americas, advancing them through exploration, studies, partnerships, spin-outs, or sales. With no producing mine or mineral-product revenue, its model relies on financing and strategic holdings.
Builds an Americas portfolio of resource-stage gold and gold-copper projects, centered on São Jorge in Brazil, La Mina and Titiribi in Colombia, and Whistler in Alaska through majority-owned U.S. GoldMining. The broader property base also includes holdings in Canada and Peru, while exploration activity has concentrated on selected Brazilian and Colombian assets.
Advances these assets through exploration, technical studies, partners and joint ventures, spin-outs, and divestitures, while retaining flexibility to hold projects for more favorable resource-market conditions. The business does not operate a producing mine or sell mineral products; it is funded primarily through equity financing and may derive liquidity from strategic holdings, property option payments, and asset dispositions. Project work depends on permits, mineral title, community acceptance, and environmental, technical, and market conditions across its jurisdictions.
