Profile
Owns CompoSecure, which sells metal payment cards and Arculus authentication products, and Husky, which sells injection-molding systems, tooling, and aftermarket services worldwide. The businesses operate as separate segments under external management by Resolute Holdings.
Owns two independently operated businesses: CompoSecure makes premium metal payment cards and Arculus authentication and digital-asset storage products, while Husky supplies injection-molding systems, molds, hot runners, controllers, and aftermarket parts and services for packaging, medical, and consumer applications.
CompoSecure combines materials engineering, payment-network certification, and manufacturing for both large and specialized card programs sold to banks and fintechs worldwide. Husky integrates equipment and tooling with lifecycle service and remote monitoring across a broad installed base, supporting repeat demand for parts and service.
Manufacturing spans North America, Europe, and Asia, with sales and service reaching customers worldwide. CompoSecure depends on issuer programs and payment-network certifications; Husky depends on capital-equipment orders and its installed base. Each business remains a separate reporting segment, while Resolute Holdings Management externally manages operations, capital allocation, and strategy.
