Profile
Produces and sells natural gas, oil and condensate, and NGLs from eastern Ohio's Utica and Marcellus formations and central Oklahoma's SCOOP. Natural gas dominates production, and the entire portfolio is managed as a single reportable segment.
Explores and produces natural gas, oil and condensate, and natural gas liquids from the Utica and Marcellus formations in eastern Ohio and the SCOOP Woodford and Springer formations in central Oklahoma. Appalachia supplies most production. Revenue comes primarily from natural gas, with liquids providing the balance.
Develops long horizontal wells across concentrated leaseholds and adds targeted acreage to extend its Ohio drilling inventory. Internal marketing and commodity hedges help manage sales and near-term price exposure. Results remain tied to commodity prices, drilling execution, and third-party gathering, processing and pipeline capacity. The single-segment portfolio is subject to federal, state and local rules covering hydraulic fracturing, water, emissions, permitting and site restoration.

The provider's float is smaller than the insider stake it should exclude, so it is not shown.
