The Series F Warrants have an exercise price of $0.75 per share and are exercisable immediately upon issuance and will expire on the fifth anniversary of the initial issuance date.

The Series F Warrants will have an exercise price of $0.75 per share and will be exercisable immediately upon issuance. The Series F Warrants will expire on the five-year anniversary of the initial issuance date. The closing of the offering is expected to occur on or about December 12, 2025, subject to the satisfaction of customary closing conditions.
