Broadened from a casegoods producer and importer through upholstery and portfolio-building transactions. A recent divestiture removed Pulaski Furniture and Samuel Lawrence Furniture, former Home Meridian casegoods brands; Samuel Lawrence Hospitality remains in All Other.
