Hooker Branded and Domestic Upholstery are the two reportable segments. Hooker Branded spans casegoods and imported upholstery, while Domestic Upholstery includes custom leather, custom fabric, and outdoor furniture. An All Other category includes Samuel Lawrence Hospitality and eliminations.

Broadened from a casegoods producer and importer through upholstery and portfolio-building transactions. A recent divestiture removed Pulaski Furniture and Samuel Lawrence Furniture, former Home Meridian casegoods brands; Samuel Lawrence Hospitality remains in All Other.
