Sells voyage-based dry-bulk freight transportation and a smaller set of vessel services through the Topsheen companies, earning primarily from freight on chartered vessels. Operations center on Asian customers and depend heavily on a related-party vessel supplier and shipping-market economics.
Operates voyage-based dry-bulk ocean freight transportation and vessel services through the Topsheen companies. Cargoes include iron ore, manganese ore, grain and coal, with a recently announced expansion toward lithium-resource transportation. Most revenue comes from Asian customers, while regular routes span Africa, Asia and the Americas.
Charters most of the capacity it deploys rather than owning a conventional fleet, coordinating more than 50 vessels annually. Freight revenue depends on the spread between customer charges and charter hire, fuel, port and other voyage costs, amid highly competitive and cyclical shipping markets.
Sources much of its vessel capacity from Topsheen Shipping Limited, controlled by former executive Dong Zhang. Ocean freight supplies substantially all reported revenue, while marine-carbon and digital-carbon-asset services remain under viability examination. Class B shares carry enhanced voting rights and certain major actions require majority Class B-holder consent.
