Profile
Sells customized home furniture through consumer retail, export and leather-trading divisions. Direct retail operates in Singapore and South Korea, while the HTL Marketing acquisition added B2B supply of upholstered sofas and leather materials.
Operates a global home-furniture business spanning customized consumer furniture, export, leather trading and B2B supply. The retail offer includes leather and fabric upholstered furniture, case goods and accessories; direct stores are in Singapore and South Korea.
The business traces its operating roots to a Singapore leather trader formed in 1989 before shifting into furniture retail. HTL Marketing supplies premium upholstered sofas and leather materials, broadening the group beyond its earlier retail base. HTL Far East also exports upholstered furniture within Asia-Pacific.
The Nasdaq-listed holding company was formed in 2024 ahead of its U.S. IPO. It is a controlled company: the Phua founders hold voting control and also controlled the seller in the HTL Marketing acquisition.
