Profile
Moves freight across North America through intermodal rail, dedicated trucking, and a logistics portfolio spanning managed transportation, brokerage, consolidation and fulfillment, and final-mile delivery. Revenue comes from a mix of company-operated equipment and purchased railroad, carrier, warehouse, and delivery capacity.
Combines intermodal rail and local drayage with dedicated trucking through Intermodal and Transportation Solutions, while Logistics provides managed transportation, truck brokerage, consolidation and fulfillment, and final-mile delivery. The network serves shippers across North America; a controlling interest in Mexico-based EASO supports domestic Mexican and cross-border freight, while acquired Marten intermodal assets expanded refrigerated-container capacity.
Coordinates door-to-door intermodal moves using company containers, railroad capacity, and a mix of company and third-party trucking. Logistics operations rely largely on contracted carriers, warehouse partners, and independent delivery providers, giving the model both asset-owned and outsourced capacity. Service execution draws on shipment tracking, mode selection, load planning, and network optimization. Intermodal operations depend on major North American railroads, and a large share of revenue comes from the ITS segment and major customers.

A 13F quarter can total more than the shares outstanding — sub-advisers file the same block twice, and a filer's own share count can be a quarter stale. No split is drawn from it.
