Profile
Sells premium cocktail bitters, spirits, non-alcoholic spirits and ready-to-drink cocktails through manufacturing, distributors and Australian direct-to-consumer storefronts. Sales are concentrated in Australian Bitters and the Australian market, while a proposed BlockFuel combination remains unfinished.
Develops, manufactures and commercializes premium craft spirits, cocktail bitters, non-alcoholic spirits and ready-to-drink cocktails at a Seven Hills, Sydney facility that can macerate, blend, distill, bottle and can beverages. Its portfolio includes Australian Bitters Company, BitterTales, Drummerboy and Twisted Shaker.
Generates most sales through Australian Bitters, which it manufactures for Coca-Cola Europacific Partners in Australia and sells to overseas customers; owned brands reach other markets through third-party distributors, while BevMart Australia and the Drummerboy site provide direct sales. Operations are concentrated in Australia, alongside selected U.S. and U.K. trade launches.
Runs a product-development-led model combining formulation, production and distribution partnerships. Australian Bitters and its Australian distributor relationship account for most of the revenue base, while alcohol regulation spans production, labeling, advertising, distribution and sales. A proposed combination with controlled BlockFuel remains subject to closing conditions and approvals.
