Supplies privacy-preserving identity-authentication software that turns biometric and identity data into comparable, non-reconstructable tokens. Revenue comes from enterprise and government implementations, software licenses, professional services, and per-use SaaS, with financial-services authentication as its base business.
Transforms biometric and other identity data into Irreversibly Transformed Identity Tokens, which cannot be reconstructed but can be compared for authentication and duplicate detection. Enterprise and government customers use its hosted or on-premise licenses, custom implementations, professional services, and per-use low-code SaaS Orchestration Layer for identity, document, biometric, and fraud workflows.
Operates from Atlanta with its main R&D facility in Malta and teams across the United States, Europe, Africa, and Asia. Financial-services identity authentication remains the base business, while stablecoin-linked identity, compliance software, and cyber-resilience tools are being developed or added. Revenue remains concentrated in a large bank relationship and a related-party services arrangement, and adoption depends on privacy, biometric-data, and cybersecurity compliance.
