Profile
Develops biomarker-selected cancer medicines, led by darovasertib for uveal melanoma and additional antibody-drug conjugate, synthetic-lethality, and epigenetic programs. Revenue comes from collaborations rather than product sales, with U.S. darovasertib rights retained and Servier holding rights elsewhere.
Develops biomarker-selected cancer therapies for molecularly defined solid tumors, spanning small-molecule inhibitors and antibody-drug conjugates. Darovasertib, a PKC inhibitor for uveal melanoma, is the most advanced program, with a U.S. approval application underway; IDE849 and IDE034 anchor the antibody-drug conjugate pipeline, while IDE397, IDE892, IDE161, and IDE574 target synthetic-lethality or epigenetic pathways.
Combines internal drug discovery, structural biology, bioinformatics, and translational-biomarker capabilities with licensed assets and clinical collaborations. Selected partners supply combination therapies, conduct regional trials, or hold regional rights.
Has no approved products or product-sales revenue. Commercialization depends on successful trials, regulatory approval, third-party manufacturers, and sales infrastructure still being built. U.S. rights to darovasertib remain in-house, while Servier controls its development and commercialization elsewhere.

A 13F quarter can total more than the shares outstanding — sub-advisers file the same block twice, and a filer's own share count can be a quarter stale. No split is drawn from it.
