Inter & Co, Inc.INTRFinancials

Mobile app-based banking anchors a Super App that combines accounts, cards, lending, investments, insurance brokerage, and shopping. The business serves Brazil while offering selected global products to Brazilians and US residents.

Built around a fee-free digital checking account and mobile app, the Super App bundles Banking & Spending with Investments, Insurance Brokerage, and Inter Shop. Banking & Spending covers accounts, cards, deposits, lending, collections, foreign exchange, and other financial services.

Most operations are in Brazil, with selected global offerings for Brazilians and US residents, including USD accounts, remittances, investments, mortgages, gift cards, and USD credit cards. Inter Pag adds payment products for corporate clients.

The public parent is a Cayman Islands holding company whose Nasdaq-listed Class A shares sit alongside B3-traded BDRs; Banco Inter is its indirect wholly owned subsidiary.
