Profile

Innospec Inc.IOSPMaterials

Develops specialty chemicals across Performance Chemicals, Fuel Specialties, and Oilfield Services, earning revenue from formulated ingredients, fuel additives, and oilfield chemistries sold globally. Demand spans consumer-care products, transport and industrial fuels, and oil-and-gas drilling and production.

Develops, manufactures, blends, and supplies specialty chemicals through Performance Chemicals, Fuel Specialties, and Oilfield Services. Performance Chemicals provides surfactants, emollients, and formulations for personal care, home care, agrochemical, construction, mining, and industrial uses. Fuel Specialties sells additives for diesel, jet, marine, fuel oil, renewable fuels, and selected non-fuel applications.

Oilfield Services supplies drilling, completion, production, and drag-reducing chemistries, mainly to operators and service companies in the Americas and Middle East. Across the portfolio, technical development, application support, specialized product lines, and customer service underpin competition in global markets.

Demand is shaped by consumer-care spending, fuel-use patterns and regulation, and oil-and-gas drilling activity; manufacturing costs also depend materially on petrochemical- and vegetable-based feedstocks.

A 13F quarter can total more than the shares outstanding — sub-advisers file the same block twice, and a filer's own share count can be a quarter stale. No split is drawn from it.
