Profile

JBT Marel CorporationJBTMIndustrials

Sells integrated processing equipment, software and lifecycle services for protein, prepared-food and beverage producers. A global installed base generates recurring parts and service revenue alongside customized machinery and full production lines, with roughly half of sales recurring.

Designs and services integrated equipment, systems and software across the food-production chain. Protein Solutions handles initial processing and harvesting for poultry, pork, fish and beef; Prepared Food and Beverage Solutions covers downstream preparation, preservation and packaging for foods, beverages and adjacent applications including pet food, pharmaceuticals and warehouse automation.

Combines primary, secondary and further-processing machinery with packaging, automated material handling, AXIN production software, parts, maintenance and application engineering. A large installed base supports recurring service revenue, while facilities and service teams across the Americas, Europe and Asia support customers globally. The business sells both standalone machines and customized full-line projects, with recurring revenue accounting for roughly half of sales. Performance depends on reliable aftermarket response, fixed-price project execution, global supply chains and the continuing integration of Marel.
