Profile

KB HomeKBHConsumer Discretionary

Builds personalized detached and attached homes, townhomes, and condominiums across regional U.S. markets, earning nearly all revenue from homebuilding. Its Built to Order model lets buyers choose homesites, plans, structural options, and Design Studio finishes, while financial services provide insurance and title services and indirect mortgage access.

Builds attached and detached single-family homes, townhomes, and condominiums in communities, urban infill sites, and mixed-use projects across regional U.S. markets. Homebuilding generates nearly all revenue; financial services provide insurance and title services, while a joint venture provides mortgage banking.

Centers its Built to Order model on buyer choices spanning homesites, floor plans, elevations, structural options, and KB Home Design Studio finishes. Centralized architecture, standardized plans, and energy- and water-efficient specifications support construction efficiency and personalization.

Organizes homebuilding into West Coast, Southwest, Central, and Southeast regions. Results depend on acquiring and developing land, managing material and labor availability, controlling build times and costs, and buyers' access to affordable mortgages and homeowners insurance. Projects also require local entitlements, permits, utility coordination, and building-code compliance.

A 13F quarter can total more than the shares outstanding — sub-advisers file the same block twice, and a filer's own share count can be a quarter stale. No split is drawn from it.
