Profile
Sells semiconductor assembly equipment, bonding tools, consumables and services to chipmakers and outsourced packaging providers. Ball and wedge bonding anchor the portfolio, while advanced packaging, dispensing and aftermarket support broaden revenue; demand remains tied to customer capacity cycles and is concentrated in Asia.
Designs and manufactures equipment, tools and consumables for semiconductor assembly. Its four reportable businesses are Ball Bonding Equipment, Wedge Bonding Equipment, Advanced Solutions, and Aftermarket Products and Services. Products include wire and power bonders, wafer-level and thermocompression systems, advanced dispensers, capillaries, wedges and spares.
Pairs equipment with process tools and support, using customer packaging roadmaps to refine production systems. Manufacturing and customer support span Asia, Europe, Israel and the United States.
Demand follows semiconductor capacity and packaging investment cycles; aftermarket activity is less volatile because it tracks unit production. Most sales and manufacturing sit outside the United States, particularly in Asia, while China concentration and US export controls shape market access.

Ownership
A 13F quarter can total more than the shares outstanding — sub-advisers file the same block twice, and a filer's own share count can be a quarter stale. No split is drawn from it.
