Profile

Kimberly-Clark CorporationKMBConsumer Staples

Manufactures diapers, training pants, feminine and incontinence care, household tissue, and workplace hygiene products under Huggies, Kotex, Depend, Kleenex, Scott, and other brands. North America generates most continuing sales, while consolidated international operations now center on personal care following the launch of the Arbex tissue and hygiene joint venture.

Manufactures diapers, training pants, feminine-care and incontinence products, household tissue, paper towels, and workplace hygiene supplies. Huggies, Pull-Ups, GoodNites, Kotex, Depend, Poise, Kleenex, Scott, Cottonelle, and WypAll reach households and institutional buyers through retailers, distributors, and e-commerce.

North America spans baby and child, adult, feminine, family, and professional care and generates most continuing sales; International Personal Care concentrates on the first three categories in selected markets. Manufacturing depends on cellulose fiber, synthetics, chemicals, and superabsorbent materials purchased from third parties. Following Arbex's launch, most international tissue and professional operations sit in a Suzano-controlled joint venture where a minority interest is retained. The pending Kenvue acquisition remains on track to close by year-end.
