Profile
Develops paxalisib, a brain-penetrant dual PI3K/mTOR inhibitor, alongside licensed immuno-oncology programs. Generates limited revenue through licensing and other research transactions while relying on external partners for development and trial execution.
Develops paxalisib, an oral, once-daily brain-penetrant dual PI3K/mTOR inhibitor, for glioblastoma, pediatric brain cancers, PI3K-altered brain metastases with radiation and advanced breast cancer. The pipeline also includes NDL2, a preclinical PD-L1 degrader, and MSETC, a preclinical SETDB1-inhibitor platform intended to restore immune signaling in treatment-resistant tumors. EVT801, a selective VEGFR3 inhibitor, is retained for partnering rather than active internal development.
Commercializes research principally through licenses and other transactions rather than product sales. Development and trial execution depend on licensors, contract research organizations, academic centers, consortia, manufacturers and territorial licensees; paxalisib rights are subject to Genentech, Simcere and Sovargen arrangements, while NDL2 and MSETC depend on QIMR licenses and company-funded development.
