Profile

LeMaitre Vascular, Inc.LMATHealth Care

Sells vascular grafts, patches, shunts, catheters, and related surgical devices, alongside human-tissue processing and cryopreservation services. A focused direct sales force generates most revenue, with all product lines and services reported in one operating segment.

Develops, manufactures, and markets devices and implants used mainly in vascular surgery, while processing and cryopreserving human vascular and cardiac tissue. Core lines include biologic and synthetic vascular and dialysis grafts, vascular and cardiac patches, carotid shunts, valvulotomes, embolectomy and occlusion catheters, anastomotic clips, and radiopaque marking tape.

Sells primarily to hospitals through a focused direct sales force, with distributors covering other territories. Products reach the United States, Europe, Canada, and Asia Pacific, and the commercial model uses the same specialist channel to add complementary products and convert selected distributor markets to direct sales.

Operates as one segment. Demand follows vascular, dialysis, and cardiovascular procedures, while manufacturing and tissue processing remain subject to medical-device and human-tissue regulation across the markets served.

A 13F quarter can total more than the shares outstanding — sub-advisers file the same block twice, and a filer's own share count can be a quarter stale. No split is drawn from it.
