Profile
Acquires rural land, invests in infrastructure and technology, and develops it for crop production, leasing or sale. The portfolio spans Brazil, Paraguay and Bolivia, combining farm operations with land-value creation.
Acquires rural properties with cash-flow and appreciation potential, then invests in infrastructure and technology to introduce higher-value crops or lease arrangements. It also operates the properties before selectively selling mature assets. Disclosed activities include agricultural production and inputs, cattle and forestry, rural and urban real-estate transactions and brokerage, plus management of its own and third-party assets.
Operations extend across Brazil, Paraguay and Bolivia. An Agricultural Operations Center supports real-time monitoring and telemetry across fixed-pivot irrigated areas. The model depends on turning land improvements and production performance into property value before management decides a target return has been reached.
