Profile
Provides regulated electricity and natural gas service across Iowa and Wisconsin through Interstate Power and Light and Wisconsin Power and Light. Revenue comes mainly from electric utility rates, while state commissions and FERC govern prices, returns, and recoverable costs.
Provides regulated electricity and natural gas service through Interstate Power and Light in Iowa and Wisconsin Power and Light in Wisconsin. The utilities generate and distribute electricity and distribute and transport natural gas; the Wisconsin utility also sells power to wholesale customers.
Plans, builds, and operates generation, energy storage, electric distribution, and gas-system infrastructure to serve residential, commercial, and industrial demand. Most revenue comes from electric utility service; natural gas and a small collection of non-utility energy and logistics holdings round out the portfolio.
Earns primarily through approved tariffs and customer contracts, with investment returns and cost recovery governed by the Iowa Utilities Commission, Public Service Commission of Wisconsin, and FERC. The utilities rely on ITC and ATC for electric transmission service and participate in the MISO wholesale market.

A 13F quarter can total more than the shares outstanding — sub-advisers file the same block twice, and a filer's own share count can be a quarter stale. No split is drawn from it.
