Profile
Three divisions serve consumers with banking, lending and insurance; merchants with acquiring, software, cash and alternative digital products; and enterprises with payment, utility and digital-product networks. Physical distribution and digital engagement extend the platform into townships and rural areas.
Brings together Merchant, Consumer and Enterprise divisions. Consumer offers transactional banking, lending and insurance, while Merchant supplies acquiring, lending, software, cash and alternative digital products to community and corporate merchants. Enterprise provides alternative digital products, utilities and payments, including prepaid-electricity administration and payment processing.
The platform pairs physical distribution with digital engagement, particularly in townships and rural areas across Southern Africa. Merchant is integrating businesses and unifying the offering under One Lesaka, while acquisitions such as Adumo and Recharger have broadened payment software and utility capabilities. Operations depend on regulated payment, lending, insurance and banking activities, integration across acquired platforms, physical distribution and required approvals for the conditional Bank Zero transaction.
