Marathon Bancorp, Inc. Announces Adoption of Stock Repurchase Program
WAUSAU, WI / ACCESSWIRE / December 23, 2023 / Marathon Bancorp, Inc. (the "Company") (OTC Pink: MBBC), the holding company for Marathon Bank, announced that it has adopted a stock repurchase program for up to approximately 5% of its outstanding common stock, or 107,875 shares of its common stock. This is the Company's second stock repurchase program since completing its mutual holding company reorganization and related stock offering in April 2021.
