Profile
Distributes pharmaceuticals across the United States and Canada, combining wholesale logistics with oncology and specialty-practice services, medication-access technology, and medical-surgical supplies. The pharmaceutical network is the core, while the Medical-Surgical business is being prepared for separation as Wellverse.
Distributes branded, generic, specialty, biosimilar, and over-the-counter medicines across the United States and Canada through North American Pharmaceutical, while providing pharmacy operations, sourcing, inventory, and clinical services. Its distribution network and technology coordinate product availability for retail chains, community pharmacies, hospitals, and health systems.
Extends beyond wholesale through Oncology & Multispecialty, which combines specialty distribution, group purchasing, community oncology and ophthalmology practice platforms, research, and technology. Prescription Technology Solutions connects patients, providers, pharmacies, payers, and biopharma around prior authorization, affordability, adherence, and third-party logistics. Medical-Surgical Solutions supplies non-acute care settings.
Depends on high-volume, tightly regulated pharmaceutical flows, controlled-substance oversight, drug-traceability rules, and manufacturer and customer relationships. Medical-Surgical remains controlled and consolidated while its planned separation as Wellverse advances.

Ownership
A 13F quarter can total more than the shares outstanding — sub-advisers file the same block twice, and a filer's own share count can be a quarter stale. No split is drawn from it.
