Provides environmental consulting, testing, emergency response and remediation through three segments: Assessment, Permitting and Response; Measurement and Analysis; and Remediation and Reuse. Advisory teams handle assessments, permits, toxicology, audits and incident response, while field and laboratory teams test air, water and soil.
Engineering teams design and implement treatment systems for contaminated water and soil. Cross-selling links consulting, testing and treatment work for commercial and government clients. Operations span the United States, Canada and Australia after the exit from Europe.
Demand is shaped by environmental regulation, client project timing, weather and unpredictable natural or industrial events. Most remediation work occurs at client sites; the provider does not own the underlying properties, environmental liabilities or material project equipment.
