Profile
Rents modular buildings, portable storage containers, and electronic test equipment to businesses and schools, with related services and equipment sales supplementing recurring rental revenue. A long-lived fleet and regional service centers make utilization, maintenance, redeployment, and customer construction and education activity central to results.
Rents and sells relocatable modular buildings through Mobile Modular, temporary storage and office containers through Portable Storage, and general-purpose and communications test equipment through TRS-RenTelco. Enviroplex manufactures modular classrooms for California education customers. Operations are concentrated across the United States, with the test-equipment business also serving Canada and limited international demand.
Earns most revenue from rentals and related delivery, installation, and return services, while equipment sales rotate units out of the fleet and supply permanent projects. Regional inventory centers customize, repair, refurbish, and redeploy modular units and containers; centralized laboratories calibrate test instruments and support rapid fulfillment. Results depend on fleet utilization, disciplined maintenance and purchasing, school and construction activity, technology cycles in customer industries, and compliance with changing building codes.

Ownership
A 13F quarter can total more than the shares outstanding — sub-advisers file the same block twice, and a filer's own share count can be a quarter stale. No split is drawn from it.
