Profile
Operates online comparison platforms and digital insurance-brokerage services that connect consumers with providers in Hong Kong, Singapore, Taiwan and the Philippines. The model combines consumer-facing comparison sites with advertising, marketing and insurance-brokerage services under local brands.
Connects consumers with banking, insurance and other financial-product providers through online comparison platforms, advertising and marketing services, and digital insurance brokerage. Its consumer sites are designed for people to discover, compare, select and apply for products; providers use the group to reach those customers.
Six local brands—MoneyHero, SingSaver, Money101, Moneymax, Seedly and Creatory—operate across Hong Kong, Singapore, Taiwan and the Philippines. The group concentrated on these markets after exiting consumer-facing operations in Malaysia, following earlier exits from other Southeast Asian markets.
MoneyHero Limited became a Nasdaq-listed public issuer through a SPAC business combination in 2023, separating the current Cayman entity from the group’s earlier operating history. The two-sided model depends on financial providers using the group to reach consumers, while licensed insurance brokerage is part of its operating model.
