Profile
Connects fashion and lifestyle shoppers with KOL-led live commerce on Mogujie, earning transaction commissions alongside financing, technology, and service revenue. The China-focused business also provides MCN advertising and talent-management services on external platforms through a Cayman holding-company and VIE structure.
Operates Mogujie, a China-focused fashion and lifestyle marketplace delivered through a mobile app and Weixin mini programs. Live broadcasts, short video, photography, and reviews connect consumers with KOLs, merchants, brands, and other retailers across apparel, beauty, food, household, and health-related lifestyle products. Merchants pay commissions on completed sales, while financing solutions, customized online-operation services, and marketing, logistics, promotion, and talent-management services broaden the revenue base.
Extends its KOL capabilities through MCN services on outside social platforms, arranging advertising and promotions and providing talent management. Activity is primarily in mainland China and depends on participation from users, KOLs, merchants, and brands. ADS holders own interests in a Cayman holding company, while mainland operations rely in part on VIE contractual arrangements subject to PRC regulatory and enforceability dependencies.
