Operates a Japan-based relaxation-salon network through company-run, franchised, and managed investor-owned locations. Generates most business from salon services while extending the physical network into health guidance, wearable monitoring, luxury beauty, rehabilitation, and World ID verification.
Runs physical relaxation salons in Japan under Re.Ra.Ku, Bell Epoc, Spa Re.Ra.Ku, Ruam Ruam, and related brands, using company-operated, franchised, and investor-owned locations it manages. Most salons are concentrated in the Tokyo metropolitan area, typically in transit hubs, shopping centers, spas, and high-traffic streets.
Extends that physical network into ZACC high-end hair salons, Lav remote health guidance, and business-facing MOTHER wearables, Gateway devices, and REMONY monitoring software. It has also added private-pay stroke rehabilitation and uses salon and partner sites for World ID verification.
Standardizes therapist technique and service through Re.Ra.Ku College and centralized customer-management, reservation, point-of-sale, payment, health-guidance, and monitoring systems. Performance remains tied to qualified therapist supply, location access and foot traffic, franchisee and salon-investor economics, and regulatory requirements for payment products and Nasdaq listing.
