The property puts hotel stays, retail, dining and leisure activities in one venue. The single Studio City property has expanded its capacity and entertainment offerings.

Operates the resort’s non-gaming businesses, while Melco Resorts (Macau) runs the casino under the Studio City Casino Agreement. All revenue comes from Macau through one operating segment, with ownership control flowing through the Melco group. Operations therefore depend on the performance of one property in one market and on the continuing casino-contract relationship with the concession holder.
