Procures air-cargo capacity from airlines, their sales agents and other logistics providers, then resells it with shipment coordination to direct shippers and freight forwarders. Air freight is the core business, alongside ocean forwarding and ancillary warehousing, distribution, security screening, palletization and project-cargo services.

Coordinates pickup, tracking, documentation, customs-clearance arrangements and port handling, while connecting customers to airline, ocean-carrier and third-party logistics capacity instead of operating ships or aircraft. Routes extend to more than 140 countries, though operations and long-lived assets are concentrated in Hong Kong.

Relies on airlines, other suppliers and service providers for capacity and execution. Block-space and charter arrangements can require payment for unused capacity, and shareholders hold the BVI parent rather than direct equity in the Hong Kong operating subsidiaries.
