Profile
Deploys heavy equipment for mine-site and civil work, alongside maintenance, rebuild, and infrastructure services. Heavy Equipment–Canada and Heavy Equipment–Australia are its reportable operating segments, with acquired Australian platforms now central to the business.
Provides mining and heavy-civil construction services to resource-development, industrial-construction, and infrastructure customers across Canada, the United States, and Australia. Its core capability is owning and deploying heavy equipment for mine-site and civil work, supplemented by maintenance and rebuild services. Canadian operations grew from an oil-sands base, while MacKellar Group and Iron Mine Contracting make Australia central to the current footprint.
Partnerships and acquisitions extend the service base. Nuna performs mining and infrastructure earthworks in northern Canada, ML Northern supplies mobile fuel, lube, and steaming services, and DGI Trading sources mining components for rebuilding. Operations depend on safely deploying equipment and managing staffing that varies with project timing and seasonality.
