Profile
FiscalNote provides AI-driven policy and regulatory intelligence through PolicyNote, CQ, Roll Call and VoterVoice. Its tools help enterprises, government agencies, trade groups and nonprofits monitor legislation, regulation, stakeholders and advocacy workflows.
FiscalNote is an operating software and information-services company focused on policy, regulatory and political intelligence. Its flagship PolicyNote suite combines legislative tracking, regulatory monitoring, stakeholder management, expert analysis from CQ and Roll Call, and grassroots mobilization data from VoterVoice. The company says its products ingest unstructured public-policy information and apply in-house AI and data science to turn it into structured alerts, research, reports and workflows.
Customers include government affairs teams, public-sector users, trade associations, nonprofits and companies that need to understand policy change and coordinate advocacy. Recent company materials emphasize consolidation around PolicyNote, API access for enterprise and AI workflows, and product additions such as bill comparison, reporting upgrades and personalized impact summaries. After a March 2026 NYSE delisting notice, FiscalNote said its operations and customer commitments were unchanged while it explored listing alternatives.
