Profile

ServiceNow, Inc.NOWInformation Technology

Sells cloud subscriptions to an AI-enabled platform that automates IT, customer, employee, security, and custom application workflows across existing enterprise systems. A shared data layer and workflow engine support cross-department deployments, while subscriptions supply nearly all revenue and large implementations increasingly depend on partners.

Runs the cloud-based ServiceNow AI Platform, linking data, systems, and people so large organizations can automate cross-functional work without replacing existing software. Technology products cover IT service and operations management, assets, security, and risk; CRM and Industry connects customer service, field service, sales, and sector-specific workflows. Core Business spans HR, legal, finance, procurement, and facilities, while Creator and Other provides low-code development and a shared data fabric.

Now Assist and AI agents analyze requests and execute governed tasks across those workflows. Moveworks added enterprise search and a conversational front end, while Armis and Veza expanded cyber-asset exposure and identity security.

Serves customers worldwide, with most revenue from North America. Subscriptions generate nearly all revenue and are recognized over contract terms. Data and AI regulation constrain deployment choices, and complex implementations increasingly depend on trained partners.
